Delivery and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as all nicotine pouches cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
DELIVERY
We offer different shipping options based on the order amount, size and/or your location.
Consignment note: for smaller items that can be left in the mailbox. Habit Factory reserves the right to weather conditions that make delivery to the mailbox more difficult. We also reserves the right to the dimensions of the mailbox, letter box, safety box and property box.
Package: for larger shipments that are sent to the nearest delivery point. When the package is available for collection, an SMS with information about the serial number will be sent to the mobile phone number specified when ordering. When collecting a consignment, a valid ID document must be presented.
Delivery time
Normal delivery time is 1 – 3 working days from the time we have confirmed your order via e-mail. In general, the delivery time for orders registered before 12.00 a working day, counted from the same working day. If the order is registered after 12.00 on a working day, the delivery time is instead calculated from the next working day. For orders that are registered during public holidays, the delivery time is calculated from the first working day after the end of the public holiday. In connection with your order being sent from Habit Factory, an email will be sent to the specified e-mail address. If you have not received your order after 3 working days, contact our customer service at info@klint-allwhite.com and we will help you. Should Habit Facotory for any reason not be able to deliver your order and have announced this, you have the opportunity to cancel the purchase by contacting our customer service as above.
Unredeemed packages / shipments
Packages delivered to agents will be returned to Habit Factory if they have not been picked up within 14 days of the package’s arrival being announced to you. If this happens, you will be charged a fee of SEK 299 for costs attributable to our administration, shipping, return shipping and handling. Unredeemed packages are not normally regarded as an exercise of the right of withdrawal.
Please note that Habit Factory only delivers to addresses in Sweden.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@klint-allwhite.com.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should e-mail us at info@klint-allwhite.com asking to return your product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
